DLSS 5 Visual Enhancer: Standalone Neural Rendering for Images and Video

A developer released a standalone Windows application that applies NVIDIA's DLSS 5 neural rendering pipeline (Feature-18) to arbitrary images and video without requiring a DLSS-capable game or GPU-bound application. The tool wraps DLSS 5 for offline enhancement of existing content. Source code is available on GitHub.
