We built an open OpenRouter that turns usage into a better model selection

A team has released Experiential, an open-source alternative to OpenRouter that routes LLM requests across providers and uses observed performance data to continuously improve model selection. Unlike static routing tables, the system learns from usage and adjusts model selection based on actual output quality signals over time. The code is available on GitHub under a permissive license.
