My Claude quota ran out in 10 minutes, so I made a tool to find out why

A developer released tare, a command-line tool that analyzes Claude Code session logs to show which files and operations are consuming the most tokens. The tool was built after the author burned through their Claude Pro weekly quota in under ten minutes and needed to understand why. It reads local session data without sending anything to external services.
