Lockkeeper: One Capability Catalog Across Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor

Lockkeeper discovers all skills, plugins, MCP servers and commands available across Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor, then builds one local capability catalog. Per-task selection injects only the smallest relevant subset, keeping context lean rather than pre-loading everything. A security scanner checks externally sourced capabilities for prompt-injection, secret-exfiltration, and obfuscation patterns before they are trusted.
