BROCS: vendor-neutral framework for AI-to-production system surfaces

BROCS defines five surfaces where AI interacts with production systems: Build, Run, Observe, Control, and Secure. The framework is vendor-neutral and specification-only. It is intended as an engineering standard for teams integrating AI agents into existing infrastructure.
